Our client a global business based in Ryde is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their Accounts team.
Your role will be o coordinate the efficient day to day running of Head Office and assist in all aspects of the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. This will be achieved by providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customers, orders and enquiries are promptly and professionally handled.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
Essential:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accounts experience (Payable/Receivable)
Account reconciliation skills
Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
HSC/Administration Certificate and/or equivalent business experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of general office procedures and great organisational skills
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, flexibility and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
SAP experience
Ability to exercise leadership over less experienced employees
Ability to lead and implement excellent business practices to achieve optimum customer
service and satisfaction.
