A fantastic opportunity has become available for a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the voice and face of this small but growing company. You will be an integral first point of contact to the business, providing a warm, engaging first impression as well as assisting with basic accounts and administrative duties.
Duties/Responsibilities
Duties of this challenging role include:
Managing a busy switchboard
Meeting and greeting clients
Account reconciliations
Checking notice of assessment against the computer system
Printing activity and financial statements
Distributing mail and faxes
Administration support
Typing, filing and other ad hoc duties as required
