 Membership Services Officer This leading multi-national organisation is seeking a TRUE organiser to join their head office in the CBD.
Reporting to the Membership Services Manager, you will be accountable for the following :-
- Processing membership applications
- Responsible for national membership enquiries via phone / email
- Assist with renewal & new membership marketing campaigns
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports
- Assist with adhoc member events
- Maintain & update membership database
To be guaranteed an interview with this reputable organisation, you must possess:-
- Previous administration experience (membership industry experience will be an advantage)
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word and Intermediate MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills
- Previous CRM database management experience Strong time management skills
- Corporate presentation and be confident to liaise with people at all levels
- Be a strong team playerDemonstrated attention to detail
