An exceptional opportunity exists for an individual who possesses a clerical background – ideally within a copy centre environment. Working for corporate clientele, you will be responsible for the following: Sorting and distribution of internal and external mail Receiving and despatching items via external couriers Providing support to the Outside Clerk (court filling and errands) Printing, photocopying, scanning collating faxing and binding of documents Assisting with office moves Assisting with meeting room set up for seminars Setting up and assisting with VC facilities. Assisting with archiving and records management Ordering stationery and general administration tasks as requested Previous copy centre experience with an understanding of basic mechanical operation of photocopiers and binders complimented by intermediate MS Office skills is highly desirable. As the successful candidate you will work well under pressure and deliver to high standards ensuring strong attention to detail. Your professional can-do attitude and customer service focus will see you appreciated for the work that you do. This is a three month temporary role with possible view of extending.
