Well known and market leader in their industry are now seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Scheduling training and coordinating all necessary training material
-
Liaising with trainers and staff handling any enquiries
-
Handling all enrolments
-
Processing necessary paperwork and issuing certificates when required
-
Providing support to the National Training Manager as required
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Training Administrator/Coordinator with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced role with a strong emphasis on customer service and working to tight deadlines is a must!
You will be motivated and self driven, strong communication skills and confident computer skills. You will have an ability to pick up new systems and tasks quickly and enjoy being a pivotal part of a busy team where no two days are the same!
