As Reception and Sales Administration you will be expected to have confidence to do the following responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls providing a high standard of customer service
- Assist the sales division with administration tasks
- Liaise with customers and assist where necessary
- Assist with company brochures and internet development
- Document management and processing
- Assist with sales contracts and other relevant property documentation
To be successful for the role of Reception and Sales Administration you will ideally possess:
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Experience within property/real estate highly preferred
- Dedication and loyalty to your employer

- Flexible with work commitments and willingness to get the job done
Hours: Monday to Friday full time; 8:30am-5:00pm
