Large construction company based in the northern suburbs are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to essentially provide admin support to the Project Managers specifically in the areas of sales and margin reporting, work in progress (WIP) updates, client invoicing and contract administration. Some of the key responsibilities will be; - Working with Project Managers, update the weekly work in progress (WIP) schedule to accurately record changes to sales value, sales date and construction schedule
- Collation of client quotes for the purpose of updating the weekly WIP report
- Print off cost reports and issue to Project Managers for the purpose of co-ordinating the monthly completion of the sales and margin reports
- Populate the monthly sales and margin report with information obtained from Project Managers
- Distribute the weekly un-invoiced report to PMs and collate relevant invoicing data and raise client invoices
- Co-ordinate the request of all project job numbers through the finance department
- Assist PMs with finance related queries acting as a conduit between two offices
- General clerical duties as required from PMs including filing and archiving.
