They are now looking for a highly capable Administration Assistant to join the team, working closely with the Director. In this busy, hands on role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- - production of professional documents and letters
- preparation of promotional material
- database use and maintenance
- organise international travel arrangements
- maintaining filing system
- communicate via phone and email with a high level of professionalism
- coordinating relocations overseas, including arranging visas, travel and accomodation
This is a busy role, where you will really see the impact your work has on business results. You will work in a small, energetic team and will have lots of laughter in the office. To be guaranteed an interview, you will have: - solid experience in a busy administration position
- Advanced MS Word, intermediate Excel and typing speed of 50wpm minimum
- Professional, clear communication skills, including written communication
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience in the healthcare sector and/or familiarity with medical terminology an advantage but not critical
