A unique opportunity has arisen within this successful Private Equity Firm for an experienced EA to provide all round support to a busy Managing Director and seven executives. Due to annual leave, we are looking for someone with a high level of enthusiasm, energy and the desire to become part of this dynamic team

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • EA support to the Managing Director
  • Booking of travel arrangements
  • Develop timely and concise monthly reporting on business activities
  • General typing of correspondence
  • Developing and maintaining filing system
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Management of meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc administration work
  • Answering the telephone

This role will ideally suit an energetic, motivated and mature minded candidate who can work in a team and autonomously. You will come from a similar PA position and from a professional services environment. To succeed in this fantastic role you will have impeccable attention to detail and be immaculately presented, you will have solid MS Office skills and have the ability to interact with people at all different levels
