Due to expansion throughout the company this organisation is now seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to support two senior managers in the Construction team.
As the Personal/Executive Assistant to the two Commercial Construction Managers your role will be to provide all traditional PA responsibilities such as, diary management, travel coordination and email and phone management with more strategic duties such as, project reports and client presentations, maintain database updates, liaise with site staff and HR regarding relevant matters, assist in the production of all correspondence and manage complex filing systems.
As the PA to senior management you will need to have previous experience in a senior PA position, corporate presentation, outgoing and flexible personality and the ability to multi task. A property development or construction background would be considered advantageous, but is not essential.
