Call Centre/Contact Centre Staff Required- Local Government- $34+ per hour!!  
We are seeking experienced, positive and customer focused individuals to represent a large & extremely well know division of Brisbane Local Government. 
There are several roles available in the Brisbane CBD based customer contact centre, taking inbound calls only and with the added plus of an 8 month placement!! 
 
Although call centre experience is essential for this role, successful applicants will be selected based on their ability to present a consistent, customer focused, positive approach to achieving required outcomes. 
We will be seeking skilled applicants that above all have the right drive and attitude to become a representative of local government and those that have a thorough understanding of customer service. 
Key performance indicators apply to these roles and more information will be given upon request. 
Hours of work will be approx 7.5hrs per day, Monday to Friday however start will vary. All applicants must be available for work between the hours of 7am and 7pm, these positions are full time hours, please do not apply unless you are available to work the full five days per week!!
