Our long established client provides relocation and moving solutions to consumers, corporations and governments, moving more than 1,000 families every day in more than 175 countries around the world. Due to recent expansion they are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Allrounder who is enthusiastic and self-motivated to join their team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company on a National level, will thrive on delighting customers, and will receive excellent support. In this role you will be: · Answering email and phone queries, · Delivering end to end customer resolutions, · Providing exceptional customer services · Completing necessary administration and data entry. To be successful in this role you will: · Have previous experience in Customer Service · You will possess sound computer skills including data entry experience. · Be DILIGENT · Be RELIABLE · Be looking for a CAREER not just a job. · Have exceptional COMMUNICATION skills.
