Want to work close to home? Our client are a well known manufacturer located in Eastern Creek. They are seeking a Customer Service/ Inbound Sales officer to join their team!
The duties for this role include:
- High volume inbound calls (sales)
- High volume order entry
- Updating customer details on Navision database
- Queries on product/ stock available
- Up selling / Cross selling products when needed
- Counter sales (attending to clients onsite)
- Customer service
- General administration duties as required
You will have solid experience within an Inbound Customer Service/ Sales role and possess intermediate computer skills. It is imperative that you are well communicated and able to build rapport with clients over the phone. High level accuracy with data entry and the ability to work autonomously when needed will see you excel in this position. You will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced role. The ability to multi task will be second nature and you will be highly organised.
Hours will be 8:30- 5:00pm Monday- Friday. On site parking is provided. Salary is up to $40k dependant on experience.
