This organisation, a leader in their industry, requires a P/T Evening Team Leader to lead and mentor a high volume, high service call centre. Working 4pm - 8pm Monday to Thursday this position will allow you to put your previous Team Leading experience to the test. If you are a confident person who has outstanding decision making ability and can think quickly on your feet, this role is for you... As the Part-time evening Team Leader you will be supervising a team of up to 8 customer service representatives and 2 sales consultants. You will be helping them adhere to call times and most importantly resolving any issues or concerns the customer has. To be successful in this role you must: - Have previous team leading / supervising and mentoring experience within a call centre environment
- Have previous customer service experience in a high volume environment
- Be highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Show a sense of urgency in every task you complete
- Have outstanding decision making and problem solving ability
- Have intermediate to advance computer skills using MS Office products
- Be able to analyse and report on call waiting, number of calls, customer satisfaction levels etc
