Our client has evolved as the leading worldwide provider of their product within the technology and electronic space.  They are seeking a diligent Service Manager to manage their Contact Centre, Service Department, card production and rework activities.

The position duties and responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all after sales support of contact centre and product servicing
  • Ensuring set service levels are met
  • Manage card production and rework activities to ensure demand is satisfied
  • Manage all inventory and forecasting
  • Actively work retail accounts to reduce no fault found returns
  • Create new support strategies for product introduced into the market
  • Oversee ECO compliance and implementation
  • Ensure ongoing training and product knowledge within team
  • Provide engineering with failure trends and product enhancement information
  • Ensure business compliance with support plans
  • Oversee departments OHS commitments
  • Manage and develop CRM
  • Manage order entry team
  • Conduct performance evaluations with team members

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical diploma in electronic engineering or equivalent
  • Have 5 years + supervisory experience
  • Have Technical workshop experience
  • Have strong verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Be highly motivated and self-directed
  • Be detail orientated
