The Positions

We have multiple positions available in either the inbound OR outbound sales departments. You will be responsible for utilising your product and service knowledge to help customers make the right choice with their utility needs.

You will be involved in:

  • Answering enquiries and providing advice to customers.
  • Identifying and securing sales opportunities by offering value add services to both new and existing customers.
  • Adhering to company policy and procedures and operating with an ethical sales approach.

Successful applicants will be provided with supportive, fun and comprehensive paid training during business hours. Once you???re ready to hit the ground running you will need to be able to work a rotational roster between the hours of 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday - no weekend work!

  • Previous experience in a sales based environment with an understanding of working to performance measurements.

  • Strong rapport building skills & consider yourself results driven
  • Intermediate computer literacy
