The role will be responsible for one of many major projects across Melbourne involved with project, financial and contract management.
This well established construction business operate within a variety of sectors including health, education, residential, commercial, industrial and retail to name a few.
 
You will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, contract negotiation, invoicing including claims and variations as well as other duties when required.
 
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience - these are essential requirements

• Experience working for a Tier 1 / Tier 2 company 
• 5 years plus experience as a contracts administrator 
• Major project experience - over $50 million in value
