Design & Build are recruiting for a mid tier builder seeking a Site Manager to work on a range of residential and commercial fit outs.   You will report to the Project Manager on site and be responsible for all the day to day site supervision.

This company's office in Canberra is going through a growth period and has a healthy book of work and can offer a stable environment, working on high quality projects - whereby repeat business is the key to success.  

In order to apply you will:

• Ideally have experience in working on projects to the value if $150million
• Have previously worked on high quality fit out and refurbishment schemes
• Hold some experience working on Services upgrades
• Ideally be living in Canberra or very serious with regards to relocation
• Ideally have 5 years experience
• You will be forward thinking, eager to develop, articulate and computer literate
