Employment Trainers - Employment Services  

• Based in East & SE suburbs of Melbourne - Box Hill, Ringwood & Wantirna
• New full time positions!

The companies we work with are well established organisations within the Employment Services sector providing training and support to jobseekers who may have various personal barriers to gaining employment. You will work amongst passionate staff members that get a real buzz out of helping people develop skills and achieve their end goal of gaining further skills, training opportunities, work trials and ultimately sustainable employment.


Successful applicants will have:

• An insight and understanding into the barriers facing jobseekers including the long term unemployed, ex-offenders, non-English speakers, people with drug and alcohol dependencies and people with a mental illness or disability  
• Depending on the role, we are seeking candidates with experience in training, delivering informative and interesting training sessions, case management, counselling jobseekers, marketing jobseekers, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and/or delivering sales presentations
• A good understanding of local labour market issues
• A results and outcomes focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Effective communication and presentation skills

 
Training, case management, counselling, recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will all be highly regarded.
 
The salary ranges vary from $50-55k + super, depending on the role and experience.
