TRAINER
Adecco is looking for a Qualified and Experienced trainer to assist with the role out of their new program. The role will be training groups of up to 10 store managers based in Canningvale and will be 3 days a week. There will be a substantial training and support program in place for all trainers. Training will be held for approximately a week in Melbourne.
This position is a 6 month contract starting Beginning of March 2012 Until August 2012.
DUTIES:
- Delivery of classroom-based training on new systems.
- Deliver classroom-based workshops in line with required standards
- Complete administration tasks to ensure delivery
- Ensure records are accurate and up to date,
- Identify participants who may need further coaching/support
- Participate in ongoing training review sessions to ensure quality
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
SKILLS:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Systems/software training capability
- Facilitation and coaching skills
- Retail experience highly desirable
- Well developed PC skills in a Windows environment
