CM Health is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Workplace Trainers for our client based in Brisbane.

The purpose of the role is to support students and employers within the workplace; as well as liaising with educational delivery teams to ensure learning outcomes are achieved within the Cert IV in Aged Care.

Main Duties Include
Liaising with students and employers to facilitate learning outcomes
Providing advice on training programs, learning solutions and learning opportunities
Monitor training and development
Maintain training records
Co-ordinate access to learning programs
Co-ordinate assessment process
Co-ordinate individual learning plans

Requirements
Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Home/Community Care
Vocational Work History within Aged/Community Care
Drivers Licence
Project Management Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated industry knowledge
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of Human Resource management issues
