What you need:
Proven experience in a similar premium venue
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with all guests - it is vital that you understand the importance of great customer service and are capable of providing nothing less than the best to our guests
Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of food and beverage offered by the venue
Commitment and passion for providing exceptional customer service
Exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations
Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
