Train Australia has a great opportunity for an experienced Logistics Trainer to join our team.
This is a contract role based at Regency Park and will suit someone looking for extra work and the desire to pass on their experiences to others in this growing industry sector.
Train Australia focuses on delivering flexible work based traineeships and we are searching for another trainer to join us. Our RTO covers a variety of areas such as Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Services, and Retail.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working within the logistics industry and in delivering on-the-job training to warehousing staff.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery and facilitation of learning
- Maintenance of records in accordance with the policies and procedures of the RTO
- Contributing to the ongoing review & development of training resources, ensuring all systems and training programs comply with ASQA standards
- Ongoing regular contact with clients regarding the progress of their training programs
Essential Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA04)
- Certificate IV (or higher) in a Logistics discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Power point
