Through an acquisition they are now setting up a new business arm and have engaged Horizon to help appoint the person to develop, grow and drive this business forward.  You will be expected to maintain the brand and principles that have enabled the continued success, but you will be given the freedom to customise the experience in the ways you think relevant.

This is a really pivotal role for the company as you will be expected to grow the team and offer the vision and experience to make this huge venture a success in line with pre-determined targets. 

Your role will need you to have significant experience with:

• Driving money generating traffic to large scale websites
• Managing and recruiting teams of Online professionals
• Web Analytics
• Writing content
• SEO guru and past responsibility
• Running multiple websites
• Defining User Experience
• Usability 
• eCommerce
• Developing Online Strategy
• Delivering innovative solutions

You will also need to be able to show that you can operate within a large business:

• Manage key stakeholders
• Priorities projects
• Manage Timelines
