This major Australian retail brand is going through an exciting period of change, putting improved customer insights at the centre of everything they do. In this pivotal role of Customer Engagement Manager you will identify key trends and changes in costumer behaviour, ultimately giving them a greater 'voice' within the business that will enhance future acquisition, retention and loyalty.

The roles main purpose of the role is to align the customer and category strategies through insights, to deliver profitable growth for the business.

As an experienced Marketer or Research professional you will investigate and review qualitative and quantitative data sources making recommendations to influence future buying, marketing and business innovations. Critical to this role's success will be the ability to engage key stakeholders across the business (buyers, planners, design and sales) to ensure commercial outcomes from your recommendations are achieved.

You will be a strong leader, with substantial experience in market research/customer insight, gained at a large corporate or research agency. Exposure to retail insights and customer buying behaviour would be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence at a senior leadership level.
