Australia's largest private provider of management training and consultancy services, based in St Kilda requires an experienced Market Researcher / Marketing Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder Relations/Marketing Manager, the primary objective of this role will be to undertake a wide range of market research and analysis. This will include external analysis; including competitor, market developments and customer demands as well as internal analysis; including campaign and marketing analysis to measure and improve ROI of marketing spend as well as generating various reports, providing input into subject matter for research/surveys as well as build key relationships with other Business unit Managers and the Executive Management Team.

This challenging and demanding role will make full use of your exceptional research, numeracy and communication skills. You will also have advanced computer skills (must be proficient in Excel, be experienced in SQL and possess experience with web based survey tools such as Survey Monkey and Zoomerang) together with strong analytical and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications preferably Marketing or Business and previous experience as a Marketing Analyst &/ Researcher, preferably in a services marketing environment or consulting organisation, with a strong interest in current affairs and issues impacting the business sector.
