In this role, you will be directly accountable for the safe and efficient supervision of all civil engineering infrastructures and drill & blast operations including coordinating civil works and drill and blast designs and improvements; allocating adequate resources; supervising civil crews and engineers; cost control; and ensuring safe work practices are adhered to and performance maximised.
 
Person Specification
 
Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering
Experience in large scale civil infrastructure with solid exposure to heavy industrial or Mining projects
An influential, pragmatic approach to following company processes
Hands on practical style and demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
