In this diverse management role in the asset management team you will be responsible for supporting RTCA sites and business units in delivering and implementing improvements in asset performance. You will work closely with senior management to identify strategic projects that will deliver improved costs and reliability across both fixed and mobile assets. You will contribute to our clients asset management technical standards and participate in global work programs through collaborative networks and implementing communities of practice. Leveraging your previous expertise, you will influence asset management across QLD and NSW coal sites. You will engage and work with site leaders regularly to ensure alignment of shared reliability objectives are followed. The ability to maintain and develop strong relationships within RTCA is fundamental to the success of this role and the Asset Management team. The successful candidate will have significant experience across mechanical, mining and/or heavy industry and ideally hold a tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline. You will achieve success in this role through stakeholder management, relationship development and strategic influencing. You will have the ability to identify opportunities for sites to deliver and exceed their business plan.
