As the Site Commercial Manager you will have a direct line of reporting Mine Manager and help support the performance of the mine. You will be accountable for the coordination of the annual business planning process and measurement and reporting of the mines financial performance. As the Commercial Manager you will be the chief advisor to the General Manager on alternatives to optimise the longer term value of the mine.
 
You may be an established Commercial Manager looking for a new challenge or be ready to take the next step in your career. Either way you should have demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, or have displayed considerable influence and experience in a commercial team environment. Your professional qualifications in a business discipline and further finance/accounting qualifications are necessary for success in this role. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the coal mining process and issues relevant to the commercial success of a mining operation.
