We have a unique opportunity available for a Production Field Supervisor with Oil and Gas experience. This role will be responsible for optimising gas production at our Camden/Menangle site by ensuring field operations including completed wells monitoring and intervention are carried out in a safe working manner and to agreed plans and timeframes.

The primary responsibilities of this role include;

  • Co-ordinating and planning of field production activities, reporting and updating of well records, and providing leadership and training to field operators
  • To work as part of a team to support both the production and workover activities to achieve production of gas in a safe and resource-effective manner
  • Maximise gas production from completed wells
  • To develop the capability of field operators
  • To assist in workover and completions activities, including remedial work, installation of artificial lift equipment and installation of new completions

As the ideal person for the role, you will have;

  • Approximately 10 years experience in the industry with 5 years people leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstratable previous experience building a strong team culture
  • Will be hands on and have the technical ability coupled with the ability to lead others
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong working relationship within and across the Upstream Gas business
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • An excellent track record in safe working practices and managing others to work safely
  • Must hold a current drivers license
