Our clients service the Insurance Industry and Body Corporate industry by providing quality tradespeople to assist them in their emergency repairs. Due to their growing reputation in the marketplace, they require to join their team, for immediate start, a TRADES SUPERVISOR to manage and plan the necessary Tradepeople that makes this company TICK. As part of this role you will: - Be required to read plans and allocate necessary resources - both personal and materials,
- Oversee the quality & workmanship of your tradies,
- Handle customer complaints and queries,
- Manage paperwork and complete to required deadlines.
To be successful for this role : - You must come from a construction background - preferably residential
- Have GREAT communication skills
- Have an EYE for detail- and be NOT prepared to accept second best!!
- Be competent and comfortable in completing paperwork and computer entry.
- Be committed and willing to lead.
