COMPANY:

Niche engineering consultancy who supply specialist Rail solutions nationwide focussing in Rail Signalling Maintenance and Project management. Based in Melbourne this role will also involve travel interstate to work on a variety of Signalling Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain complex rail signalling systems and make emergency repairs, installations and inspections of new and existing signalling systems.
• Executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, while minimising downtime.
• Identify and correct any deficiencies in signalling equipment arising from maintenance and inspection, assisting with the development and implementation of improvement projects.
• Liaise effectively with contractors and colleagues.

QUALFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Electrical Trade Qualification.
• Cert IV / Diploma in Rail Signalling and Electronics is highly desired.
• Previous experience in railway signalling system maintenance and fault finding.
