MIGAS has the perfect opportunity for you to complete a Plumbing apprenticeship with a large organisation based at St Lucia. You will be working full time whilst completing a Certificate IIIin Plumbing & Drainage.

Your dutiesinclude but are not limited to; developing trade level competencies in the following- maintenance and installations of: water supply hot & cold, storm water, sanitary plumbing & drainage, and in gas- natural and LPG;compliance at all times in OH&S government and university divisions, the companies code of conduct and meeting the Australian standards, by-laws and regulations pertaining to the Plumbing industry.

To be the successful applicant you will have preferably completed a pre-vocational course in plumbing, if not have some previous exposure within the field, have completed year 12 (or equivalent) with a pass in Mathematics & English, have the ability to work in a team, follow instructions, be self motivated, show initiative & awillingness to learn. You will also need the ability to follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism from senior trade persons & supervisors.

Own licence is required, however public transport is available.
